Q: I have never been to a gym before is CrossFit for me?

Absolutely, CrossFit is for everyone of all fitness levels, it is never to late to start, we are always ready to help you reach your fitness goals.

Q: Are there weekend classes?

Unfortunately our main classes are Monday to Friday and we only have one class on Saturdays, but its a FREE CLASS for our members.

Q: I am concerned about being too muscular shouldnt I be?

We respect everyone’s goals and which ever type of fitness you desire we can help you stick to your goal.

Q: Is exercising once a week enough

We believe exercising a minimum of 3 days a week is necessary to start any fitness goal.

Q: Can I only gym during the classes on the timetable

Yes all basic and premium members can only exercise during the timetable classes. If you are on the unlimited plan you are allowed to use the facilities at anytime outside classes as well.

Q: What should I wear?

It is recommended that you wear gym sneakers, shorts and a vest as you will be doing lots of exercises that demand a full range of motion, your clothes should not restrict your movements and compromise your safety
